“I wish I had started sooner”, says everyone we’ve ever coached. 🚫Don’t wait to be ready, to feel or look a certain way, or feel like you need to improve your technique. 👋👋👋That’s what we’re here for! There is no magic to starting on the 1st of the year, the 1st of the month, or a Monday. Don’t wait for some devastating life event or arbitrary “start date”. Don’t overthink it. 💪 If you’re not local to us, find a gym with barbells & a good strength coach and start training. What is it, and why does it matter? 🧐🧠💪It means these 3 people are all following their own program, based on science, experience, and what will produce the best results for each of them. 🥩🥔It’s the meat & potatoes of TCBC, and Tim is the head chef. 👨🏻‍🍳 It’s rarely available to the public, and WAY more rare to be available in-person, with your coach guiding you through your programming EVERY single training session. 🤯Even with online coaching (hopefully from a reputable coach), it could take days to get a response to a question, or even months to find out you’ve been doing something incorrect. 😬👎 This matters because if you want specific results, you have to follow a program that’s specific to you. TCBC, it’s not a fitness center! We’re more of a strength training classroom, complete with some of the best racks and barbells you’ve ever used. ⭐️Tim’s your head coach, here to teach you proper technique, provide individual programming, assist with warmups, and everything else that guides you to making progress. 🤓He’s a simple guy who loves to train, coach, fish, and watch Arnold movies. 👉If you want to get stronger, here’s a professional to help you do so. ❌Skip the crowded fitness centers, the egos, the hours of machine work, and all the time you’ll waste wondering if you’re doing things right. #gettothechoppa #gettothegym

Throwback to humble beginnings. 😊We opened our doors in 2013 with just 500 square feet of training space and 2 racks. It wasn’t fancy, but it allowed us coach some great people, train for many competitions, and expand into what we are now. It was near perfect. 👍📆It’s a new year, and we’re in a new gym, but we’re the same people. 👉 We’re hardworking, down-to-earth folks who continue to train and strive for progress. 🎉 Here’s to our current members on continuing to work toward PRs! ...and to our future members.
