We specialize in making you stronger.

We are not a fitness center. open gym, workout, or class. We're an instructed strength training program, backed by education & experience. Our members receive hands-on coaching and individual programming, with top-notch equipment.

Our mission is "strength for all", whether you've never touched a barbell or you're looking to get more out of your current training. Everyone here trains for different reasons, but we all have the same goal: to be stronger.

the program

TCBC is for *almost* everyone. We work with youth, men and women, and seniors. We provide strength training programs for youth development, college-athlete preparation, powerlifting or other strength sports, general health, and a means of preventative medicine into your golden years. No experience necessary! The only requirement: incoming members must be open to new concepts, be willing to learn, and come self-motivated. We're teachers and coaches, not personal cheerleaders. If you want it for yourself, we will go above & beyond.

We're the place for strength; not selfies. We may be the right place for you if you would enjoy: direct coaching & individual programming, the perks of a limited-member facility, and training with a like-minded community in the cleanest gym with top-notch equipment!

Every member receives coaching on proper lifting technique, warm-up protocols & gym etiquette, individual programming & constant feedback from an educated & experienced strength coach. We offer two training options: open membership or private training. Read more by clicking on the "details" below.
